• First Stage – 125 Degrees F, Detergent and Phosphoric Acid at 4.5 ph Cleaner

• Creates Iron Phosphate Conversion Coating for Carbon Steel

• Contains Fluoride for Enhanced Adhesion to Aluminum

• Second Stage – Clear Rinse

• Third Stage -- Clear Rinse w/ Rust Inhibitor for Carbon Steel

Dry off oven:

270 Degrees F

Masking and plugging space:

60 feet prior to application booth

Powder application booth:

• Infrared Oven -- Gas Fired, 40'

• Convection Oven -- Double Pass, 30'

• Cool Off Space -- 200 FT on Line for Loading and Unloading Parts

For Larger Parts

Larger parts, 4” I beam conveyor – 4,000+ pound load

Maximum part size:
8’ wide x 8’ tall x 35’ long

Three stage washer:

• (Same as Line 1)

• First Stage – 125 Degrees F, Detergent and Phosphoric Acid at 4.5 ph Cleaner

• Creates Iron Phosphate Conversion Coating for Carbon Steel
